Do you offer refunds?

Cuidando Angeles NCS LLC does not offer refunds, but if there is an emergency, you can choose to take the in-person class at a later date. Please contact us directly if there is an emergency.



Do you have payment plans?

Cuidando Angeles NCS LLC does not offer payment plans, but you can put a non-refundable deposit down to hold your spot in a training. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the training.



Can you help me find a job?

Unfortunately Cuidando Angeles NCS LLC does not place Newborn Care Specialists. However, we are happy to give you the names of some reputable agencies that place Newborn Care Specialists.



Will you be doing any online trainings?

Yes, we plan on having both live zoom trainings and digital trainings in the future. Please keep an eye on our website for more information as to when those will launch.



What is NCS?

NCS stands for Newborn Care Specialist. This is the professional who guides and advises new parents with evidence-based information and knowledge.



How many hours does the course last?

The course is 16 hours long, divided into two days of 8 hours each.



Is the course in Spanish?

Yes the course is solely in Spanish.



Is the course officially valid?

Yes, this course was approved by the Newborn Care Specialist Association, and the topics covered in the course meet the validity requirements as a fundamental NCS course.



Will I receive a Certificate?

Yes, everyone who attended the full two days of the course and passes the final exam will receive their certificate of having completed and understood the course.



Is the certificate in English?

Yes the certificate is in English.



Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

Cancellations are not accepted, and you are only able to change which class you attend if there is space available. No refunds are given.
